Forwarding faxes
You can forward a fax to another person using your web browser. Simply forward the message as you would any other type of message, by clicking Forward. The recipient can download the fax for viewing.
When forwarding a fax message, you can add written or spoken comments to the outgoing message.
Forwarding messages
When you receive a message, you can forward this message to another user or a conference. To do this:
1       Open the message.
2       Click Forward.
This creates a copy of the message, including any attachments. The "Subject" field contains "Fwd:" and the subject of the original message. Your name, and the name of the original sender, are in the "From" field.
3       Address the message.
4       Make any changes you want to the message body.
5       Send the message.
Forwarding messages automatically
You can forward your messages to another user or a conference automatically. This is useful when you go on vacation and you want your mail answered by someone else.
To forward your messages automatically:
1       Click Preferences.
2       Choose the mail you want forwarded in the Mail Rules section.
3       Enter the names of the recipients for the forwarded messages, just as you would when addressing mail, at "Forward to".
4       Click Save.
5       Close the Preferences form.
Forwarding messages to pagers
FirstClass can notify you of new messages through your pager, if you have an email-based paging system. To forward new messages to your pager:
1       Click Preferences.
2       Fill in the fields in the Paging section.
3       Click Save.
4       Close the Preferences form.
Forwarding voice messages
You can forward a voice message to another person by email. Simply forward the message as you would any other type of message. The recipient can listen to the message if his system is equipped for sound. When forwarding a message, you can add written or spoken (if you have a microphone) comments to the outgoing message.
1       Click Forward.
2       Address the message.
3       To add spoken comments, click Attachments and attach a voice file.
4       To add written comments, type your comments in the message body.
5       Click Send.
