This program will encode and decode VCR+ codes.

To create a VCR+ code (encode):

1. Select Channel (2-69)  Note: Limited to channels 2-69 by encode.c routine
2. Select Year: (1998-2001)
3. Select Month: (1-12)
4. Select Day: (1-31)
5. Select Start time: (00:00 - 23:30) Note: Limited to on the half hour by encode.c routine.
6. Select Duration: (00:30 - 5:00) Note: Limited to on the half hour by encode.c routine.
7. Click on the Encode button. VCR+ code should be in text box.


To decode a VCR+ code:

Using the date from the paper where the VCR+ code was taken (the VCR+ code is based on the month it was issued):

1. Select Year: (1998-2001)
2. Select Month: (1-12)
3. Select Day: (1-31)
4. Type in the VCR+ code
5. Click on the Decode button. The Channel, Start Time, and Duration will be set to the correct values.
