Sandra is a Windows 95/98 system diagnostics and information utility that provides in-depth benchmarks and low-level information about your PC. Resembling a second incarnation of Control Panel with more than 50 separate modules, Sandra can graphically display system statistics such as drive benchmarks, CPU speed ratings, and DOS memory and physical memory bank information. You can easily retrieve detailed information about your mouse, keyboard, video, CPU and BIOS, drives, ports, sound card, and more. The included report wizard collects user-specified portions of Sandra's arsenal of tests and write the result to a file, your printer, or a fax or save it as a script. The performance wizard runs all the available tests and provides performance-enhancement tips. Sandra is an excellent way to sum up your system performance, but keep in mind that not many benchmarks use the same scales and that the results must be obtained by the same testing program to be compared.
