This is a settings file for those of you who are using version 3.5 of FOL (FirstClass)
The current version is 5.611 but it will not run on windows 3.11 PCs.

This file should be put into the settings folder inside the FCWIN folder which is most likely in your C Drive's program folder.

You will need to reset your modem and enter in all your ID info.
Look in your current  FOL settings file for that.
